The team from Central Investigation Bureau has arrested two persons , including various equipment used to operate illegal VOIP in the house of Bholaraj Gautam, from Room Number 304 in Star Gauge Hotel, Kathmandu Metropolitan-9.
In the incedent, 24-year-old Vivek Shukla of the Madha Pradesh India, and Lal Bahadur Magrati, 25, of Sindhuli Sunkoshi village -6 have been arrested.
Sources said that the defendants are under investigation under the Telecom Act, 2053.
